The 19-year old forward has played at National League South and scored his first senior goal for The Whites as a second-half substitute against Kings Lynn Town back in April.

Nikaj, formerly of Charlton Athletic Academy, has previous experience at this level having played briefly for Ramsgate FC.

“I’d like to welcome George to the club on an initial one-month loan deal. He’s a brilliant talent and I am really excited to see him in action for Ashford.” Warrilow said.

“I went and spoke to Andy Hessenthaler on Wednesday night and fortunately managed to get the deal over the line. I’d like to thank him and Dover for letting us use George in the FA Cup and FA Trophy too.

“So many people have only got good things to say about this boy and he’s obviously a very highly-rated prospect which I am delighted to have on board for the time being.

“We’d love to help George progress and I’m sure he can also help us too. It’s a win-win for all parties involved.” He finished.

George Nikaj will immediately be available for selection, whilst the club can also announce the departure of Emile N'Goy.
