The Nuts & Bolts aim to make it three in three against The Hillians in this Trilogy match having already come out on top 3-1 in our league opener and then 2-1 in the Velocity Cup last month – both at Homelands.
CURRENT FORM:
Ashford United – WWWLW
Ashford suffered their first league defeat since October when they travelled to West Sussex to take on Chichester last weekend, losing 3-2, ending a five-win streak.
However, the Nuts & Bolts bounced back to winning ways with a five-star showing in midweek, beating Whitstable 4-0 at Homelands.
Warrilow’s men will want to get back on track as far as the Isthmian League is concerned in their promotion push, losing top spot to Cray Valley on Saturday.
Burgess Hill – WDDLL
The Hillians have found some form in the Isthmian League of late, losing just one of their last nine games in the South East Division.
However, they have not had the same fate in cup competitions in recent weeks, exiting the Velocity Cup and Sussex Cup in November.
Jay Lovett will not want to make it a hat-trick of defeats against Ashford United this season.
